Thank you for censoring the title. Buy the way, jeans are just damn ugly. No matter what tripped-out "underground" IDM clips are used to distract from the fact. If anything, the misuse of this music for advertising is cultural misappropriation. Here's a suggestion: as of 2000.01.01, all people of the world simply refuse to buy jeans. Jeans - once considered a necessary Bohemian lifestyle statement, as some sort of patronizing wealthguilt tribute to the poor and downtrodden - have begun just another corporate scam. Yesterday's revolutionaries are today's reactionaries. The anti-establishment has become the establishment, and it's not a pretty sight. Exploit the so-called Nth World, pay in pennies, sell at ridiculous prices. Make hip ad, induce consumo-lemmings to drive SUburban assult Vehicles to nearest strip-chip-dip mall. [Cue cynical laughter in boardroom meeting: "They're paying us for the privilege of wearing our logo on their asses!"] Stop for junk food on the way. Who can resist the lure of the sacred Golden Arches? A Sense of Belonging + cellulite poisining for just 99 cents. Jeans will no longer fit in a month. Must buy more. Is anyone out there happy yet? I hope not! Happy people stop buying things. Retail Therapy is the only path to salvation. Down with the system.
