The Kid 606 is a mixed bag some tracks are great others are just wank.
The Hrvatski remix or reconstruction is my favorite of the bunch. The
tracks are much stronger than the stuff on Don't Sweat the Technics.

Kid 606 and Friends Vol. 1: is it as great as the recent blurb in the Wire
hints? I like the Hrvatski remix I've heard thus far, but I'm not a big fan
of previous Kid 606 material.
I'm not new. I've been lurking for about two years now. It seems the list
has become less active, and when it is active, it's mostly non-music
discussions or blind praise of the old stuff. I'm hoping this message might
lead to a fruitful discussion of some more recent releases.
