I'd recommend the _12" Anthology_ (still available?) for just about all of
their best tracks IMO, from circa 1985-1989. If you want to dig deeper,
_Bites/Remission_ (first EP + first album) is quite good if a little spotty
and the_Back & Forth Series, Vol. 2_ has some really good early tracks
(including the prescient "My Voice Sounds Like Shit" -- I kid you not!).
You'd probably be quite happy with just _12" Anthology_ though... There
are also a lot of various SP projects other than Download, old and new --
Rx has Ogre/Martin Atkins, the Tear Garden had Edward Ka-Spel and cEvin
Key, Doubting Thomas had some people, Hilt had some people, blah blah...
