I wouldn't say that it is an absolute
necessity(especially not if you have the masterpiece
"Schnittstelle"), but it is all the same a wonderful
record. A bit different from the other recent RI
releases, while Atom Heart has moved a bit from weird
melodies and instead focusses more on glitches and
crackles. He still manages to create songs that are
much more pop than on glitch oriented records by other
artists such as Oval and the raster/noton gang.
I'd say buy it. You can never have too much Atom
Heart.
