Posting private email messages to a mailing list without the permission of
the other party involved is not groovy. In fact, there's alot of
speculation as to whether it's perhaps even illegal. Don't do it,
regardless of how you feel. It's annoying. You wouldn't want someone to do
it to you, don't do it to someone else.
This whole thread re: what's in Terre's CD is really annoying. Personally,
the message offends my own sensibilities some *very* small amount (i happen
to think that the world would be a better place if people would live
chemical-free) So what? No harm done, it's just words. Instead of all this
straight outa hard copy talk and hearing all your left-wing/right-wing/
buffalo-wing conspiracy theories we'll all be alot happier and better off
if we talk about the relevant aspect of Terre's latest album:
THE MUSIC
gee, now isn't that a novel idea.
How does this new album compare to Mr. Thaemlitz's IMHO really good
previous stuff like the tracks on "Plug In and Turn On" ("freakazoids and
robots" & "hovering glows") and "Chill Out 2" ("Fat Chair")?
And on another note, can anyone recommend some new intelligent DANCE music?
while there's some really lovely ambient being released, it would sure be
nice to get some new tracks that are ass moving as well as mind expanding.
