Laika are fairly close to the IDM style (whatever that is?) - they
have just released one EP, which is pretty heavily percussion-
oriented, marimbas, bongos, and a lovely flute. Plus, as Kelli-Jeane
says, half-whispered jazzy female vocals. The remainder of Moonshake
have just made an album in the Tom Waits / Beefheart / Fall mode,
which is about as far from IDM as you can get (but still pretty
good).
