So if a label becomes insolvent, what happens to the music? Is it illegal to obtain a copy? Is the typical artist agreement that they retain the rights to their music in this event? Not quite IDM but I was thinking about getting my hands on old stuff from the Cup Of Tea label which is now defunct. Advice? David
