I disagree. I think it is great that this attention is happening. In fact, on one of the game-related-industry lists I'm on, one of the threads that has been going on for the last couple of weeks involves how many people outside the industry don't realize the amount of effort that goes into the audio aspects of games these days. Obviously Ninja Tune and Splinter Cell's producers understand the value of working together, and props to both of them.
