hi, i was putting together a mix cd and i was wondering if anyone could recommend some idm with female vocals for me.. it doesnt have to be straight idm, and i would prefer to stay away from anything that has an overwhelmingly glitchy feel to it.. looking for smooth and soothing ..not that a little glitch would hurt anyways, looking for stuff like: mr. projectile - you need diplo - into the sun featuring martina topley-bird plaid - lilith (and extork even) floex - below telefon tel aviv - sound in a dark room if anyone has any suggestions, please email the list, or me personally, at abram@austin.rr.com THANKS IN ADVANCE abram

ooh, good one, i'm a sucker for these tracks too. The Mr Proj track "you need" is really excellent. Here are some more: pulseprogramming - "stylophone purrs.." Most of these acts have great full-lengths on Morr too, esp Ms John Soda's _no p or d_ dntel "anywhere anyone", "suddenly is sooner than you think", and "why i'm so unhappy" from _life is full of possibilities_ max tundra "labial" and "lysine" from _MBGATE_ the Plaid remix album _Parts in the Post_ has good vocal tracks, espcially the Nicolette remixes biosphere also remixed Nicolette, compiled on on _biosystems_ andrea parker _kiss my arp_ has some good electro-tinged idm on it. also check out ellen allien's _berlinette_ and _stadtkind_ albums...
