I was just wondering if any of you guys know why the Plaid/Squarepusher show
was cancelled at Club Indigo. What is up with that place? I lived in Oakland
for awhile... and this was a place where burnt out hippies and couples who
'swing' (not swing dance) hung out, called Sweet Lounge or Sweetheart
lounge. (Or at least that's the impression I got when I was there) As soon
as I move from there, all of a sudden it has a different name and then
Autechre plays there, then O.S.T. and I think Richard Devine. Did someone
buy that place? Does anyone have the scoop?
I am curious...
