Can't believe this could come up without the obvious references to Spymania, Noodles, or BoVinyl. Simple as that. Them three hold (held?) the crown for "goofy IDM" (or just plain GOOFY). Love 'em. Well, I'm sure it wouldn't win the title, but it's *gotta* be nominated: Freeform - "Morning has broken" from the "hmm" compilation on sprawl machine-voice going "good morning computer. what a beautiful day." and bells, and various clown-sounding bonks and beeps, what an excellent IDM cover of a hymn! -Adam --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org

hands down, the most GOOFY IDM is: Wevie Stonder - eat your own ears "Why I don't think I would [cough] settle for one style. I think I would, um, I would imagine that, in the future, dogs would be quite experimental in their hair styling. So I should think there will be several options." "Would you consider having your hair crimped?" "I I'd I like the idear of crimping, but I think I would only settle for crimped hair between my legs, and around my arse." "yes, that's very interesting" I heard of this when it came out a while ago... I only wish that I had heard the actual recording sooner. This release is ACE. I DLed it from soulseek a week or so ago. As soon as I played a few files I knew that I must own this release. It is a very playful and whimsical collection of tunes in the flavor of Ween, but with more of a British influence. anyone have a used copy they wanna get rid of? if so please respond [off list] dVh --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org
