My promo rep at Outside Music (the Canadian distributor for Warp USA) has informed me that the Prefuse 73 album has been pushed back to July 10th. Not sure if this delay will apply to Warp UK or not. Bitter much? Actually, as I understand it, it's because the original album art didn't feature (or perhaps just obscured) the MCs' names, and Herren wanted to make sure they got proper credit. Frankly, I'm glad Warp takes the time to do things right. Some people seem to have such a fucking sense of entitlement - "i want it all, and i want it now!" (Thinking specifically of the guy who was so pissed because he couldn't buy an Ae t-shirt at the show.) C'mon people, consuming music should be fun. You're lucky this shit exists at all, and you've got the disposable income to enjoy it. Oh, and while I'm being cranky (ok, so it's not that rare), for the guy who lambasted a poster's grammar - you know, I'm as much of a grammar snob as the next person, probably worse, but your rudeness was just uncalled for. "I hope English isn't your first language?" Fuck you. Whatever you got in book-learning, you obviously traded away some basic shred of humanity for. Double-fuck you. Philip
