I think the people who do Matrix on chain reaction are japanese, dont know for sure, but great stuff none- the - less. FYI: The producer responsible for the Matrix releases on Chain Reaction is indeed japanese. His name is Tetsuo Tsuri and he also contributed to the Lux Nigra label compilation Biophilia Allstars as well as the recent Spral Imprint compilation entitled Hmmmmm!
