if you know your html, and you know what netscape doesn't like about layers,
can you tell me what i'm doing wrong at www.humbledesign.com, with the popup
page's left frame?
netscape's popup doesn't like the layer, and gives it an ugly scrollbar.
i tried everything, and cant get rid of it.
ie is fine.
