Beta Bodega Coalition counter-intellegence report member: Hamijama METHOD OF ATTACK AND COMBAT TECHNIQUES: BINARY BACTERIA PRESENT LOCATION: 3700 YEARS AGO IN BABYLON, BUT MY USELESS-ANSWER MACHINE WAS RECONSTRUCTED IN THE PRESENT TIME BY BETA BODEGA. HAJIMAMA HAS BEEN LOND-DEAD, AND IT'S THE TIME MACINE THAT MAKES ALL THE NOISES. CURRENT PROJECT: CLASSIFIED RELEASE DATE: CLASSIFIED TRANSMISSION INTERRUPTED... Inventor, Scientist, Data-Anaylsis Expert, and Scavenger. Babylon, BC 1742. Excerpted from the ancient texts... I need to be on the streets usually about two hours before sunrise. The others don't wake up as early as I do, they have a hard time after getting piss-drunk on Babylonian ale so thick that you have to spit out the hops at the bottom. I don't do that, I know that if I'm going to find anything good I have to start looking before anyone else. You can't spot a vintage 8.3 terracycle memory pipeline sticking out of the gutter if you've got last night's drug-hazed hammer pounding on your temples. I've found some amazing and rare parts recently, and I've almost completed my machine. It can tell you the answer to any question you ask it. In its present state, however, it will only give out information that is absolutely useless. Ask it if King Hammurabi will be assa sinated by the Vicar and it will tell you that the King pissed 0.421 liters the night before, and the Vicar only nearly half that. An exciting peculiarity that I only recently discovered how to take advantage of is to listen to the sounds my machine makes at the verge of overload. It must be a combination of the frequency modulation, subtractive and additive synthesis and future-echo spectral processing aliasing of its ultra high frequency CPU down into the audible domain. At first I thought the percussive background a result of a defective circuit, but I have recently come to admire the sounds in and of themselves. If you ask it questions faster than it can spit out its sadly irrelevant facts, you can literally hear the confusion spew out of it. I didn't think that a thousand cross references of unrelated data streams would overload to make such disturbing and fascinating noises. ...Hamijama, Babylon, four year of the dog-harvest, late summer. (BC 1742) Translated from the Sumerian in 1999, all base-60 numbers converted to base-10 for the readers convenience, and ancient units converted to metric using the Hamming-Terradyn window filter. The ruins and original blueprints for Hamijama's machine were completely reconstructed in 1999, at the Beta Bodega laboratory for advanced ancient science. The sounds Hamijama refers to were painstakingly recorded at the highest quality in our laboratories. The complete transcript of the verbal session which provided these sounds is available on request. Beta Bodega Coaltition member: Patcha Kutek Between 1200 and 1535 AD, the Inca population lived in the part of South America extending from the Equator to the Pacific coast of Chile. The beginning of the Inca rule started with the conquest of the Moche culture in Peru. The Incas were warriors with advanced science and a powerful army. The most powerful warrior and ruler was known as Patcha Kutek, whom was rumored to have mastered the secret of immortality by advanced mathematical equations and sacred Inca knowledge. Patcha Kutek is able to alter his cellular and genetic schematics which enable him to not age. The plan of Patcha Kutek is to raise once again the Inca empire by the year 2200 AD in South America and then followed by the conquest of Europe [starting with Spain]. As of now, he aids the Beta Bodega Coalition to expose all who oppress those of modern day Inca descendant. METHOD OF ATTACK AND COMBAT TECHNIQUES: VARIOUS PRESENT LOCATION: RUMORED TO BE SCOUTING OUT SPAIN AND OTHER PARTS OF EUROPE FOR FUTURE CONQUEST. CURRENT PROJECT: THE SHINING PATH RELEASE DATE: CLASSIFIED TRANSMISSION INTERRUPTED... Various members of Beta Bodega will be down in Miami July 21 for a routine sweep of the area and to make sure people aren't getting out of line. Patcha Kutek, TPM and Ghyger Kounter are amongst the members. The identities of the rest are classified. you missed the "who are they" part :) this is from pj - s://kimo --> BETA BODEGA COALITION: 2K 12" (BETA BODEGA) $5.99 "2k is referring to the year 2000. This when according to the 1977 Torrijos-Carter Canal Treaties are to return the Panama Canal and abandon military bases located throughout the Southern Command to the people of Panama. The Beta Bodega Coalition has released reports of the conspiracy of the Reagan/Bush administration to execute an invasion [December 20, 1989] that would insure control of the Canal past the year 2000. With the nearing of the millenium we felt compelled to press the issue. Beta Bodega Coalition consists of: Hamijama: AKA - JAKE MANDELL. tpm : AKA - PUSH BUTTON OBJECTS. Patcha Kutek : AKA, TAKESHI. . 1000 limited vinyl . 5 track ep . includes 11x17 metallic ink, design/info poster & 8.5 x 11 datasheet .custom-made screen-printed jackets [with stay-fresh seal]" I think this is quite a neat release.. i ordered it, forgot what it was when i got it, listened to it.. and loved it! then i found out who the folks were on it.. sort of a shock to me, as the music is different than what i personally would expect from takeshi and PBO (dont know much j mandell). the art/packaging on this sorta reminds me of something IPR (independent project) would do.. chris. music for lunchpails . wednesdays 7-9pm . kuci 88.9fm . www.kuci.org ..pain enables both the giver and the receiver..

I believe the B-2 was also limited to 1000 copies. The other artists are Mannequin Lung (from Plug Research home to Lo Res, Trash Aesthetic, Smyglyssna, etc.) and Atl?jala which I'm not sure who he is either. I think he's a german artist under this alias, supposedly has works out on Force Inc. Maybe Porter Ricks? Does anybody know? And is Hamijama really Jake Mandell and someone else? Has anyone checked out the Beta Bodega Coalition 12"s yet? That coalition between Worm Interface and Schematic Camps. And does anyone have an idea to the types of editions that were released for 00. I ordered 00 and 02 and was sent 2 copies of 00 in different colours, one in plain white cover w/ black print, the other in beige cover and red print. I also heard there were others in blue print. Which ones were the first release and which is the more collectible? Both the Beta Bodega comps are very good but I dont think that either Worm Interface or Schematc are involved with the label. I believe each release was limited to 1000 copies.

The first Beta Bodega 12" was called 2k and the second was called b-2. The information on both records is intentionally vague so you're going to have to figure out which ones you have on your own. Regardless, both are excellent if you can find them. -->-Lance--- lance@inaudible.com p.o. box 450715 westlake, ohio 44145 united states --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org

The Beta Bodega coalition comprises of Jake Mandell, PBO, Richard Devine, Takeshi and a few others including Mannequin Lung (who is a Plug Researcher of course). I actually meant Schematic and Worm Interface artists.

Actually Lance, I meant that there were several pressings of the first BB release 00. These are the ones I think: i) Blue print on white sleeves ii) Red print on white sleeves iii) Black print on white sleeves iv) Blue print on brown sleeves v) Red print on brown sleeves vi) Black print on brown sleeves?? One of these releases, the Blue print/white sleeve version apparently has an extra info/code card along with that info poster available in all the releases. Bentcrayon also reckons that the white sleeves are the first pressings. Its all a bit vague.
