The last few tracks he's released, like the remix of klute's 'silent weapons', have been absolutely minimal. On the same tip is Polar (aka K on Audio Couture) from Norway, check out out his debut LP on Cert 18. As for what rupert's been up to...I heard a nasty little rumor a few months ago that he's stopped making music and got a 'regular' job. The source was some one who I don't think would lie, but I'm still not willing to believe it. :-) At the hardware night in london a few weeks ago, Bailey opened his set with a sick photek track that I assume was new since I'd never heard it before. So maybe there is hope! The thing that struck me as funny (or sad?) was the track completely threw the crowd for a loop and everyone stopped dancing and started looking confused. It just goes to show that the punters couldn't handle something that didn't have a distored & low pass filtered b-line, whiplash snares and a shaker gone mad... I was loving every bit of it. brockout.
