<Can anyone point me towards a good place online/mailorder for getting some

Kim's Video in NYC had many copies of Fishcake a few weeks ago and had them
on sale reduced from $21 to $16 (or so) as a sort of buyer's special,
although the lower price may no longer be applicable - I think they're
perfectly happy to do mail order and any info you might need is at
www.kimsvideo.com - they have several stores and the one I am particularly
thinking of is at 212-598-9985 - excellent record, by the way.
