I just re-joined the list, so I don't know if this info has been posted yet. Some Grammy nominees of note: DANCE RECORDING: Daft Punk, "Da Funk" (also Gina G, Pet Shop Boys, Quad City DJs, Donna Summer/Giorgio Moroder) HARD ROCK PERFORMANCE: Nine Inch Nails, "The Perfect Drug" (also Bush, Foo Fighters, Rage Against The Machine, Smashing Pumpkins) ROCK INSTRUMENTAL PERFORMANCE: Chemical Brothers, "Block Rockin' Beats" (also Robben Ford, Eric Johnson, Joe Satriani, Steve Vai) Just thought you all might find that interesting. I guess the only real surprising thing is that The Prodigy didn't show up anywhere and Daft Punk did. *shrug* -- Adam J Weitzman -- Individual, Inc. -- weitzman@individual.com --

yeh, I was surprised they [Prodigy] weren't in the Billboard awards.. Spice Girls were, that's probably why. I reckon they are the current fad. I'll pass I think ;) soon I'll post my review of Mealtime.. Sounds good so far, nice funky AFX track and percussionist remixes of Mr. Angry (without the screaming bastard) and Brace Yourself (Jason?).. btw.. does the Mini Mealtime 12" contain anything that the LP doesn't? -- __ __\ \ Game Program ( R G / /_\ \ .gampggrmx.1x26s..1<,www.freq-div.home.ml.org<,, \_____/ >> buh@clark.net >> < > .. >> .<>> >> >
