Just curious if anyone out there happens to know if Phoenecia has previous releases other than "Randa Roomet" as the warp single reads "first release on warp." Thanks much. from, sba

Phoenecia's first and only release so far is the Randa Roomet cd/2x12" on Warp. But the members of Phoenecia, Josh Kay and Romulo Del Castillo, have also released material under several other guises such as Soul Oddity on Astralwerks and Jeswa/Metic/Takashi on Schematic. -->-Lance--- p.o. box 450715 westlake, ohio 44145 united states

I didn't realize that 5 & 6 were even released? What are they? Who are they by? When were they released?

To answer both questions : SCH005 : Richard Coleman Devine EP SCH006 : Metic - Sixto Novaton EP Those are white label ( or at least what I think is white label : nothing but a sticker on the white center of the 12", no tracklisting...) I bought them in Montreal, after talking with the guy working there ( David Kristian ), he told me that 2 guys from Schematics came selling a couple of records to the store because they were in town for a show ( it was Takeshi and Richard Coleman and it was at a 25$ rave so I didn't go ) Seb

My copy of the Metic release has a sticker on the cover (a sticker printed by the store selling it) indicating that the title is "Metrix Blaster." What's up with that? Jacob
