Bollocks, bollocks, bollocks. That's narrowminded and uncalled for. Plenty of people on this list are into No-U-Turn (I think they're alright, but sometimes overhyped) Plenty of people on this list are into Prodigy (Don't like the new stuff as much as the old) Plenty of people on this list are into Chemical Brothers (Never liked them much, still don't) And if they aren't, it's 'cos they don't like the music on a purely musical basis, or they've gone off it from hearing it a thousand million times before coming out of shops/TVs/radios...

Aw, c'mon. Most people here have a wide and varied musical taste. There is no average Autechre/Aphex listener, IMO. There are no doubt some snobs who will only listen to Autechre/Aphex and similar but they are not average, they are the freaks! Most average Aphex/Autechre listeners have anything but average musical backgrounds, and are probably members of at least some other lists/music forums. Have some faith in at least a percentage of your fellow human beings. Your average Aphex/Autechre listener aint as average as you assume...

I just cannot believe that person who likes Luke Vibert's output, and have everything that he released can like/buy something similar to Chemical Brothers. OK, I like C.B., the same way as I like Spice Girls, or that new Barbie Girl thing. But that doesn't mean that I have to buy all these CDs and listen to them at home. I love music, and I am limited with money like all of you so I cannot buy everything... So I buy only that I like the most, and I don't even have enough money to buy that because I have really wide musical taste.... So now, I don't even care what I will buy, cos I didn't buy and missed so many stuff that I'd love to hear....and now I am really confused. Can you maybe give me some advices what should I buy first of those listed bellow : Morgan Geist CD on Clear Reflection "Morerronormous World" CD Daniel Ibbotson CD on Reel As One "Planetary Folklore" CD As One "Reflections on Reflections" CD Mark Broom "Angie is a Shoplifter" CD Claude Young CD on Elypsia Spunk Jazz CD on ILL Conemelt "24 Carat Conemelt" CD There are too many fools folowing too many roles 2CD Rob Gordon Projects CD on Source I don't have money at the moment for all of them, and I am preparing to order just 5 of these CDs. Which 5 I should take first ? Probably it doesn't matter, because all of these must be brilliant.... You see my point now, how can I even think of Chemical Brothers ?
