You know what I think the problem is.... I think the problem lies in the fact that the band is called "bjork" which, coincidentally, is the name of the lead singer. Maybe, if she decided to change her name to something else, say... "cubed-sugar", it would help acknowledge the fact that she has a band, and that she is not the person creating the music, thus crediting the very talented producers and musicians she works with. ya think? t.S.o.G. np: General Magic- Frantz paul allen (Aphex Twin Road Manager) richard james, chris jeff.... am I seeing a pattern here? People with first names functioning as first and last names working with aphex twin? hmmm...

Well, not entirely *coincidentally* surely. But it is an interesting point.... which brings to mind BLONDIE. Debbie Harry was the (blonde) lead singer whom everybody assumed to be the "blondie'" of the group's name, but she constantly corrected interviewers that it was the name of the entire band, not just herself (and yes - obviously - they could have anticipated that when first deciding on a name...)
