Got it about a month ago - it's dope. That's about all there is to say. Minimal (but not minimalist) techy house with ridiculously large basslines. If you liked the single, you'll like the rest of it. --- the humble abbott arthur purvis set his hand hereto --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org

Thought the same at first, but I sold it a month after. I think it's missing warmth. Not that every release on earth should bring up warm emotions to the listener, but I wouldn't have lost the interest after a couple of listens with this one... Sebastien ===== Sebastien Dalphond, B. i'm sorry, but, no matter how you twist it, i CANNOT call this "house". there's WAY too much hip-hop in this album. matter of fact, i'd call it "mutant hip-hop" or something like that, in the vein of PBO--only better (i KNOW i'm gonna get flamed for that one--*puts on asbestos underwear*). phat funky beats make the baby jesus kri! just my $.02. ks At 07:09 2/29/00 , Arthur Purvis wrote:

yeah, im not really sure why you'd want to call it house either... i think the only track on the entire album that could even come close to being house related is that track on the commercial. it seems like mr. oizo is getting a lot of press coverage lately. i wonder what would happen if you took away that orange muppet...
