Although I am not one to condone violent actions, it seems that some revenge is justified here. Might I suggest that you enlist the services of a friendly HACKER. You DO have his snailmail address and email address. Many interesting things can be done to make a man's everyday life a living hell with such vital info.....do what you will..... You might start writing to his local postmaster. I'm not sure what if any action they will take if they receive multiple complaints, or if any legal action is possible. But hey, sometimes what looks like a small jerk turns out to be a bigger fish than you thought - they might already have some dirt on this one. If nothing happens after a while, then you can send in the posse' and spraypaint his dog or whatever...
