I picked up this disc a few weeks ago, and love it. I think that "blue
skies" is awesome, and it has become one of my favorite songs. I know that
BT has a web page, but I can't remember the URL. As soon as I figure it
out, I will let you know. As for other releases, i think that the ima 2CD
is all that' sbeen released.
