I cannot read braille, but by a process of deduction, I believe
have almost deciphered it
My best guess is that on the first it says
SKAM xxx GESCOM
and on the second it says
GESCOM EP SKA xxC
Where the x represent characters I have been unable to work out
Can anyone help? For those that don't have the EPs, the dot layout
for the characters is:

: .: '' in the second
''
where the third character in the second is also the 4th character of
the six-letter group on both 12"s which I have interpolated to be
"Gescom"
