Frequencies was on eof the albums that for me, probably like a lot, got me
into techno, defined it really. At the time I bought it rave anthems were
still big and Apotheosis was king. Frequencies had what those lacked, and it
was still fun like them.
Advance is dark, to me, and I think that that is a reflection of how the mood
has changed. I like Advance a lot, but it doesn't sparkle.
"Them" is outstanding though, it has that timeless groove to it I like.
