I have hear a 4 lp collection called "Out There - A Thread Through Time"
and it has a track by Cris & Cosey called "Dancing Ghosts" with a little
blurb saying:
"Trainsotter alert !!! this track was the first known recording ever to
utilize 808 and 303 and is hence the first ever "acid tack" !!!
IT was written and recorded in 1983 as part of the CTI album and video
project "Elemental 7" released on Doublevision in 1984.
