Yup. Well put. I went round and round with this ISDN topic awhile ago
here on this list, and I bet it pissed a lot of people off, and I'm sure
everyone is sick of it, but this stuff needs to be said! It's good to hear
more voices (from the minority, it seems). Consumers have power, not just
the producers.

Yup, most likley. I they wanna press comp CD's to expose people to new
unheard-of artists, licensed from the artists own indie labels, that's one
thing, sure. But doing the fake "DJ only" white labels and all these
supposed "limited edition" of one million - with poster, video,
interactive press kit, etc. well, that's BS to me. It just sucks when they
pose like indies, I think.
Majors exist for a reason, if you accept that reason, than buy, buy, buy,
away. If you don't accept that reason, than spend your money elsewhere.
It's that simple. Just know what they're all about.
