An answer to my question arrived as I was sending the message. Finally
Wax Trax got it together to do a simultaneous release. It's much to their
advantage, of course. I'll buy the domestic, but I'm not going to pass on
an import and wait months like on the last one.
I was also going to take the opportunity to give a plug to Nic Doye who
gave invaluable assistance in the CV discography. He may still have it
on his WWW page in the UK, however the URL that I could have sworn was it
is not. At least not now. Hmm.
