I'm gearing up for a trip into LA later this month, so if anyone's in the mood to recommend idm-heavy shops, I'm all ears. Places with loads of cheap used wax and CDs appreciated as well. There's a guide to LA record shops on my web page, but I haven't gotten many updates for it lately, and I'd hate to drive halfway across town to find someplace has boarded up the windows. I know this is a bit off topic, but i will be relocating from fort lauderdale to the los angeles area in August. I was hoping that anyone on these lists might be in the area and could guide me as to where some cool areas to live might be.....all i know of is west hollywood and miracle mile...
