I ran across a couple of out-of-print IDM things that might be of interest. First is the Slowdive 5 EP remix 12", which has a Reload mix on one side, and a Bandulu mix on the flip. I'm selling them for $5, which was less than I charged when they were in print. Second, are a bunch of copies of Back to the Planet's "Daydream" CDS. IDM? No. But there's a sticker on the case which says "Orbital remix", and the CD itself lists the track as "Daydream Orbital Remix", but strangely, the credits say "track 3 - additional production and remix by Adrian Sherwood. Now, either Sherwood's doing an *incredible* job of sounding like Orbital, or it really is Orbital. It's no doubt not the greatest remix they've ever done, but it sure as heck sounds like them to me, and it's not bad. I'm selling these for $3 each. I've got me EAR/Rational hat on right now, but xmission is having problems at the moment, so I'm mailing this from my other account. I've directed replies to xmission, though. Dave EAR/Rational

Well, is Orbital IDM? (Are Back to the Planet pathetic indie wankers? ;) Yes! Talking of the Hartnoll boys:

I've also got this one, and it caused me some trouble initially, too. Obviously there's a misprinting on the sleeve credits, but the remix *is* Orbital, hands down. I think the record company got the credits mixed-up, or something... BTW, does anyone still update the Orbital discog? I'd like to hear from you, since the last one I saw missed all the Snivilization and afterwards stuff... And what on Earth has happened to the Orbital list? Questions, questions :)
