This was also done with the vinyl release, which ensured that any LP placed next to it would have its cover systematically destroyed. Vini was a punk, after all. Dave He probably also a big fan of the Situationists, a French 'anarchist' group of theorists from 60's Paris who published their collective writings in a book with a sandpaper cover which, of course, would destroy any other book next to it on the shelf.
