I saw an album by Richard Kirk out in the shops yesterday. It was a double cd, and it said "reissue". Don't remember the name, though. Is it any good? Is it old? What is is? The "Anti" single by Autechre was kinda fun and the Global Communication single was a bit on the boring side, but I must say that "Inner City Life" by Metalheads was inspiring. A Jungle Portishead kinda thing. :-) -- (domestic pets only, the antidote for overdose, milk.) larsi@ifi.uio.no * Lars Ingebrigtsen

If you're talking about Time High Fiction, yes it old. It was recorded in 1979-1982 and is nothing like the Kirk of late. So if you're expecting Virtual States, Electronic Eye, or Sandoz, save your money. If, on the other hand, you're expecting 2x45-era Cabaret Voltaire, then buy it. Dave
