What sort of effectiveness has been cultivated by the IDM culture? Ambient and IDM music is more 'cultural' or 'effective' than anything played or having to do with rave culture? Please be more specific and feel free to make it in the form of a manifesto. Manifestos aren't always ineffective. - stevenJ
