Number19 responds: The money aspect is the biggest bummer of digging this scene. I make a pretty good professional living and have been fortunate enough to put together a "beginner's" MIDI studio. I also mail order a fair amount of import music every month. But it's getting to the point that I really can't afford to keep supporting this scene to the extent I'd like. Too much music is coming out -- a case of quality *and* quantity. But it's all priced so high! It averages $25.00 for an import full-length -- doesn't it seem like prices were in the $13-$15 range just 5 years or so ago? Oh well... what to do? I'm addicted. Peace, 19. BTW: if this is a repeat post, I apologize -- mail hasn't been going through, me thinks. So if this goes through, I'd like to again ask if someone would please send me info on Terre Thaemlitz? Thanx.
