No idea about falwell. Koresh's eye (zoomed in, of course, and a bit
blurry -- but you can tell thanks to the rather tell-tale glasses) is on the
LP. Don't know if I've seen it on the CD, though.
As the LP has about twice as many pictures, it wouldn't surprise me if
it was left off the cd.
