Hey, more power to you for having the show in the first place :D It also
sounds like you have a good plan for keeping things going smoothly, which
I'm sure the audience and the performers will appreciate.
Just saying that a lot of larger performances with tons of people on the
list DON'T have such good planning. More people performing usually equals
more possible problems.
