etc. etc. To get from tech-house to micro-house you turn the genre knob to the left until the samples are really short and the reverb disappears. Once it sounds cheap, you're golden. Conversely, you can turn it to the right and the reverb and delay swell up to ridiculous levels, creating deep-house. Be forewarned that people will find you boring since Larry Heard has already recorded all possible 'deep-house' tracks. You still have a chance with micro-house if you release an album tomorrow before Uwe Schmidt wakes up. Additional options include this-house and that-house, invented last week by more people who think that band names are coolest if they're hard to remember.
