Hullo all, I was going through my Beta Bodega Coalition/Rice & Beans collection and I was wondering if anyone knew of any BBC/RB releases besides theese: BB0.0 V/A - ``2K''(12") BB0.5 V/A - ``B-2''(12") BB1.0 V/A - ``Frente 57'' (CD) BB1.5 Hamijama - ``Cultivar (Extended Play)'' (12") BB2.5 TPM - ``Section 173.14'' (12") BB5.5 Ultra-Red - ``Plan De Austeridad'' (12") BB6.5 Needle - ``Trnsmssn.0014'' (CD) BB7.5 Hamijama - ``Ancient Cities: Extended Play 2'' (12") (clear vinyl) BB8.5 Patcha Kutek & V8 - ``Transmito 001.5'' (7") (split with Mass Transit Authority; MTA06 on the other side) RB001 V/A - ``Psychological Operations in Guerrilla Warfare'' (CD) RB002 V/A - ``Banana Republic Volume 1'' (12") (transparent yellowish brown vinyl) There is a new one on it's way to me, Spike's ``Operation: Binary 24'' 12" though I don't know if it's on BBC or RB. I have to say that I've been mightily impressed by their output, especially the split 7" with Mass Transit Authority. Which reminds me that MTA just released their second V/A 12" - ``Mode 2: Metrobus'' (MTA02). Brilliant electro tracks from Le Syndicat Electronique, Mr. Velcro Fastener, Transparent Sound and Double Dutch. A very, very welcome release after the massive first 12" (MTA01), ``Mode 1: Metrorail'' with Voice Stealer, Decal, Airlocktronics and Silicon. The BBC/MTA split 7" features Le Syndicat Electronique on the other side of Patcha Kutek & V8. Highly recommended, especially if you like electro. The BBC web site at http://www.betabodega.de/ is of no help since it hasn't been updated in a long while. Both BBC/RB and MTA get high marks from me for graphic design. BBC/RB 12" covers and the CD packaging are fantastic, and the inserts in all BBC/RB and MTA releases are incredible, including stickers, bookmarks, rice & bean etc. I wish other labels put so much effort in their packaging. Those Miami people sure know how to please a trainspotter.
