I am looking like mad for this information. My knoweldge of this sittuation
came to me from a online petition against this legislation. The petition in
question orginated in Chicago, so perhaps it is a Illinois only thing. But
still, if it starts one place, it could easily work its way other places.
And Chicago isnt a minor club scene, you know? JJ from K-rad actually had
the link up to the petition, i am trying to get the info from him on this. I
will post the link as soon as i hear from him.
