im 100% positive it is full effect in Chicago, IL. A dj I know is up against a $10K fine for djing at a loft party in the city of Chicago. pretty fucking shittyy... its part of the "rave ban" law which states that no raves will be held within the city limits of Chicago. They define rave as a dj performance in front of more than 15 people at an unlicensed venue. parties still go off there...but at a much much smaller scale now. -m
