But he knows his marketing, that's fer sure... He once told me that he
used to try to spin at raves and parties but his mixing style just wasn't
excepted... Hehehe... I wonder why. Then again, maybe I'm just a jaded
New Yorker tired of all this "DJ Spooky is God" crap...
Yeah, yer damn right he puts ya to sleep...
Of course, it pisses me off even worse when I get like, a 3 second dance
spell and then back to ambient again. Big deal, you can mix jungle, hip
hop and ambient. Done right, you can mix anything - and done right, it can
actually FLOW...
And remember, kids, a studio can mask ANY fuckups...
