Keen, spooky stuff. I've had two different people step into my room to "make
sure everything was OK." The whole hallway is rumbling with Autechre.
I really like spotting samples from the past Gescom EPs, especially
the beautifully mangled film dialogue twenty minutes into the piece. The
shuffling violins from Snackwich, the breakbeat from Mag, the Key Nell chatter.
Nice stuff.
Greg - I'd really like to see more jams like this in the future. Especially
RAC, Disjecta, Red Snapper and Jimi Tenor. Wonderful concept.
I'm so happy I stayed up all night to listen to this.
