I just got the domestic, I agree that I was somewhat disappointed....
and, I'm glad I waited.
I think Milkman would be excellent without the vocals, whcihc to me are
just stupid and not funny (whereas Children Talking was nice)..
I think though, the album on the whole is ok, no tracks really stand ut
for me yet....
with this release, RDJ for me is no longer a standout in IDM, maybe some
people have viewed his stuff this way for awhile...
But he used to inhabit a special categroy above alot of other artists in
IDM for me... now I think his stuff really isn't that special, and witht t
e proliferation of more interesting, and (good) IDM, I don't think I'll be
buying all RDJs releases anymore....
