AFAIK its approximately bi-monthly. We are definitely due for a new
issue soon. At a guess they put the content up on the web page after
the mag hits the streets.

Well www.warp-net.com does seem to be down at the moment, though it
was OK a few days ago. The new web site is at
http://www.obsolete.com/warp/ but neither site actually has any
content anyway - theres a countdown marker which has been at 18 for
the last week or so.
