It seems to me that all those names come mainly from the fact that when one
saves a midi file he usualy doesn't think of a meaningful name to put it
under but rather punches whatever his mind comes up with at the time.
Usually it's an idiosynchrecy of some form, and inside joke or the microsoft
8 character limitation. When it comes down to putting it on record, the name
sticks or transform a bit but the meaningless remains.
