i don't have mod + trans 1, but i only know of one a.l. track on it, "semwave". (what's the other? is that vinyl only?) but you're right, force inc. *did* release some a.l., there's also a track on rauschen 7, "mandragora"... i believe m+t 1 is a standard compilation, while m+t 2 is a collaborative effort (i.e. m+t 2 is the primary release locus for the tracks). what i intended to say in my post (sorry this didn't come through), air liquide hasn't recorded *for* force inc. / mille plateaux before. ta + peace, p. on: chirping birds (open window)
