I doubt it. I think's Ventolin's fairly self-policing as far as that goes.
You'd have to be a masochist to listen to it at high volume. My suspicion
is that his motivation for deliberately including a piercing tone of that
pitch is more artistic than that. I haven't come to any firm conclusions,
though.
