Well, to be honest, after hearing his albums I expected to have my
head ripped clean off. It didn't happen. There were some great moments,
but lots of aimless farting around, too. I wouldn't call it a good set
and I doubt Mike would either. I still quite enjoyed it and would pay to
see him play again any day of the week.
He's easily my favorite IDM artist right now and I have tremendous
respect for his talents. As I said earlier, I didn't have enough contact
with him to form an opinion about his personality, although what very
little I did see and hear of him jibed pretty well with what Mixmaster
Morris said in TEX3. Speculating about his personality seems pretty
premature and quite pointless to me. I'm glad I got a chance to see him
live and hope to see him again under better circumstances.
Let's let this thread die. Whaddya say?

Ever wonder why the only good restaurants in Britain are ethnic?
P.S. Is FSOL's "Hot Knives" electro?
