Hello,
I have a friend who is making some real cool ambient tracks which could
fit right in (I think) with the current 'competition'.
What are his best chances on finding a publisher for his work?
I know his dream is to have his debut on the WARP-label since
his 'gods' (aphex etc) are on there too, but to keep it realisticly,
what would be the best method to let people know he's there and to make
them interested? I suggested pressing a little demo cd (since I can
press them fairly cheeply on my work (if the quantaties are low enough)) and
sending them to a few publishers. Another suggestion could be to sample the
stuff and send them somewhere on internet... but where?
Any ideas on how to tackle this problem?
Thanx,
Reinier
